Privacy policy for AppWish is pretty straightforward. The app does not collect any data at all. There is not analytics code, no tracking, nada.
All the apps in the wishlist are stored locally and synchronized using iCloud among user's devices. There isn't an ability for me to see these wishlists.
AppWish also provides a way to export all added apps into a simple text file.
